Chocolate Brownie
Ingredients
300g Dark chocolate200g Unsalted butter
200g Caster sugar
3 Eggs
75g Self raising flour
200g Nuts of your choice
Method
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over hot water
- Whisk the sugar and eggs
- Add the chocolate slowly
- Add the sieved flour and fold in, then add the nuts
- Pour mixture into a tray lined with greaseproof paper
- Bake at 170°C for 25 minutes
