Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients
300g Dark chocolate
200g Unsalted butter
200g Caster sugar
3 Eggs
75g Self raising flour
200g Nuts of your choice

Method
  1. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over hot water
  2. Whisk the sugar and eggs
  3. Add the chocolate slowly
  4. Add the sieved flour and fold in, then add the nuts
  5. Pour mixture into a tray lined with greaseproof paper
  6. Bake at 170°C for 25 minutes
Once cool you can cut this up into small squares to serve with coffee or cut into larger squares and use as a dessert with a scoop of your favorite ice cream on top!
